Happy October!
I am super excited to jump back into the joys of Blogtober and the Autumn season.
Day two of Blogtober means we are coming back with a list of my favourite halloween/fall movies.
There is nothing more exciting than getting all cosy with blankets, a hot chocolate and snacks. Turning on a good film and embracing the autumn season. These are some of my favourite Halloween/Fall movies. I have separated them into two different sections and we have listed my top 5 favourites of them both.

Disclaimer a lot of these films are oldies but goodies. I also love them because the remind me of cosy evenings spent in my uni flat with my favourite people in the entire world. A cup of tea and a cosy movie.

1.Practical Magic
This film holds a special place in my heart as do most of the ones on the list, because it reminds me of my Gemini Twinny. But it’s on top of my list because it gives off the most cosy witchy vibes and lets be real who doesn’t want to learn from this family of witches.
2.Hocus Pocus
It’s a classic! That’s all there really is to it. It is a yearly watch and one that I cannot wait to watch this year. It certainly puts a spell on you!
3.Twitches
Twitches! Who does not love a film about twin witches.
4.Addams Family
5.Halloween Town

1.When Harry Met Sally
2.You’ve Got Mail
Well it’s a classic and its Tom Hanks! That’s all it needs! That’s the only explanation it needs and if you are a hopeless romantic then its gonna be one for you.
3.Dead Poet Society
4.Sweet Home Alabama
It’s a small town romance, a big city girl realising that the town she grew up in, and the man she has known for a million years is more to what she dreams of than the big city guy.
5.Twilight
Now this one is one of my favourites because not only did I adore the Twilight books growing up. They are some of my comfort movies growing up. But also they make me smile now with memories of inside jokes and some of my favourite people. Also you can’t help love the baseball scene.
What is your favourite Halloween/Fall Movies?
Love Always,
Gee xoxo

Happy October to you too! 🎃🍂
Oh, the excitement of Blogtober and the autumn season is simply infectious! 🍁 Your list of favorite Halloween/Fall movies is giving me all the cozy, seasonal vibes. There’s something truly magical about snuggling up with blankets, a hot chocolate, and some delicious snacks while enjoying a good film that perfectly captures the spirit of autumn.
Your selection of films is fantastic, and I couldn’t agree more with your choices. “Practical Magic” and its witchy vibes are indeed irresistible. “Hocus Pocus” is a timeless classic that we all look forward to every year – it’s like a spellbinding tradition in itself. And “Twitches” is a delightful choice, showcasing the enchanting world of twin witches.
As for the romantic movie section, you’ve got some absolute gems on your list. “When Harry Met Sally” and “You’ve Got Mail” are iconic, and Tom Hanks truly is the king of rom-coms. “Dead Poet Society” and “Sweet Home Alabama” offer heartwarming stories that tug at the heartstrings. And of course, “Twilight” holds a special place in many hearts, filled with nostalgia and memories of those enchanting moments, like the unforgettable baseball scene.
Choosing favorites from this fantastic list is tough, but it’s always fun to hear what resonates with others during this season. 🍿📽️
Thank you for sharing your movie picks, Gee! It’s a wonderful way to kick off the autumn season and get into that cozy, cinematic spirit. Do you have any other favorite autumn traditions or activities you’re looking forward to this year? 🍁🎬🍎
